RETURNS’ POLICY
We do not offer returns. We allow exchanges only if the customers wish to get the design exchanged to another article of the same price value (Depending on stock availability), IF and ONLY IF, the box is still sealed. Also, if the order you receive is damaged or is different from the article you ordered, you can exchange it within 10 days. You can contact our customer service center by sending us images of the defected product within 7 days of purchase; after our team reviews the product, and in case that your claim is proven, you will be offered an exchange with a product of the same price value.
Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. The shipment will be considered ‘lost’ if you do not receive the order within 20 days of dispatch, or if our courier service has no record of the customer receiving it.
Please note that due to the differences in color appearance on screens and lighting used during photo-shoots, the exact color or texture of the item may slightly vary from what is displayed on the screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
